Beverages

8-9 ounces light lager or pale ale, chilled
1 shot (1½ ounces) Brendelicious Raspberry Liqueur

- Pour the liqueur into a standard shot glass.
- Pick up shot glass, suspend just over the surface of the beer, and drop the glass gently into the goblet. Note: there should be foaming as long as your beer is active. Have a towel handy in case of overflow.

(To toast with a Bren Charge, make your toast with the shot before dropping it into the beer.)

This is one roachhaus' favorite summer/spring drink. Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day are all great times to drink this with a bunch of people. This recipe makes the basic Sangria a la Roachhaus. You can add the option of cutting up a bunch of fruit and adding it to the pot. Apples, oranges, limes, cherries all go well with this drink.

1/2 cup Triple Sec or other orange-flavored liqueur
1/2 cup Brandy
1 cup lime juice
1 1/2 cups Orange juice
1 1/2 cups Sprite or limon/lime soda
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except Sprite into a giant pitcher or punch bowl.
- Add the Sprite just before serving
- This can be chilled in the fridge or a few hours or served on the rocks.
