Permalink Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

5 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Graham cracker shell (You could be ambitious and make one from scratch, but HA! Not me.)

Do it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).
  • Mix key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk together in a largish bowl. Add the egg yolks, and whip. (The fluffier you whip it, the lighter the pie will be.)
  • Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Cool before serving.
