Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
5 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Graham cracker shell (You could be ambitious and make one from scratch, but HA! Not me.)
Do it
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).
Mix key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk together in a largish bowl. Add the egg yolks, and whip. (The fluffier you whip it, the lighter the pie will be.)
Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Cool before serving.
